A: When you click the button for Online Order, you are taken directly to our
'secure servers'. We utilize the most advanced methods in Secure Online Credit
Card Payments.
Q:HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Items that are "IN STOCK" normally be shipped within 24-72 hours. Express
Shipping is 3Day UPS. Shipping is calculated from the next business day of the
day it leaves our warehouse. Please allow 8-10 days for orders requesting UPS
Ground. NOTICE: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it calculated
from the date it leaves our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or
Sundays.
Q: CANCELED ORDERS
A: Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at
customerservice@seenontv.com only prior to payment processing. Orders that are
being packaged for shipping, can not be canceled. You must include order
confirmation number. Cancellations are not accepted via telephone.
Q: BACK-ORDERS
A: If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the
expected ship date via e-mail.
Q: 30 DAY GUARANTEE ON RETURNS EXCHANGES
A: All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all
original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions
required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused,
the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the
shipping and handling charge.
Q: VIDEOs, DVDs PRINTED MATERIALS
A: Videos, DVDs and Printed Materials may only be exchanged in the event of a
manufacture defect.
Q: CONSUMABLES
A: Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks
or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have
been opened.(No Return will be allowed)
Q: GASOLINE POWERED ITEMS
A: All Gasoline powered products, Gas Scooters, Pocket Bikes, Mini Rockets, and
Mini Choppers - We are unable to accept returns on this product because federal
regulations prohibit transport of vehicles that have been fueled. All gasoline
powered products do have a 30 day parts warranty against manufactures defects
only. Warranty will be void if vehicle is not used as design, taken off-road,
used in competition, commercially use or rented. Special Notice: RETURNS ARE
NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER All returns are for the
original purchase price less shipping handling and must have a Return
Authorization Number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To
obtain a Return Authorization Number email customer service at
customerservice@seenontv.com.
Q: TERMS CONDITION
A: Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of
our Purchase Policy. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When
a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company
to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further
authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as
long as the order is not canceled in accordance with the Company's cancellation
police.
Q: PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
A: All personal care product returns are for the original purchase price less
shipping handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Personal
care returns are subject up to a 50% return fee.
Q: REFUSED DELIVERY
A: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and
handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, a credit memo will
be issued to our accounting department to issue a credit for the original
purchase price less the shipping and handling charge.
